Listing and Brokerage Service Options
$2000 + 3% Buyer Agent Commission (Recommended)
This option allows builders to get that MLS exposure for a low price saving you thousands! We'll list in MLS and forward all inquiries, reverse prospect lists, and showing requests. The builder will handle the showings, sale, negotiation, contract, transaction management, and closing. Flat Fee MLS listing is paid at the time of listing.
2% Listing Broker Commission
5% Total (3% Buyer Agent Commission)
This 5% option will still save you thousands from the traditional realtor commissions, but, will provide you the traditional realtor experience. We will list the property in MLS, manage the inquires, showings, negotiations, sale, inspections, and transaction management with Title through closing. The builder is responsible for any staging, photo, marketing expenses. The 5% commission is paid at closing.
1% Listing Broker Commission
4% Total (3% Buyer Agent Commission)
This 4% option will still save you thousands from the traditional realtor commissions, but, will provide you some extra transaction expertise. We will list the property in MLS, forward all inquires, reverse prospect list, showing request, and manage the transaction from contract to close. The builder will handle the actual sale, and we'll take care of the paperwork and transaction management with title. The 4% commission is paid at closing.
3% Listing Broker Commission
6% Total (3% Buyer Agent Commission)
This is our all-inclusive, full-service option. We'll develop a comprehensive marketing plan to included print, media, photo's, staging, international syndication, broker and public open houses, public and private showings. Upon sale, we'll coordinate inspections, buyer walks, and manage the transaction with Title all the way through closing. The 6% commission is paid at closing.
